The purpose of this swap is to get Decos moving and not be overwhelmed by huge amounts.

Each person will send one Deco Book to one partner. Just ONE book. You can send the book you received last month, another established book or you may make a new Deco for yourself, or for someone else of your choice. Just make sure your partner has not signed it. Don't send extra books. SIDE NOTE If you are sending your partner a book with only one page left in the book that they will be doing (a homer) then please message them and see if they would like another book too so they can keep playing (if you have extras to offer, that is)

PLEASE NOTE: Homers are allowed for this swap. So you may receive a homer that is USA or International. But only ONE homer is allowed if you are sending excess. Or message your partner to see if they will accept more than one homer.

If you are the last signer of a book, then send it home to the owner. DO NOT pass it on to your partner!! Yes, this has become a problem within this swap the past few months.

When you receive a Deco Book, decorate one page, then send it on to another Deco fan or save for the next month.

Newbies to swap-bot, who know what Decos are, are welcomed, with a well filled out profile (I DO CHECK AND WILL BAN).

Because of delivery issues, multi-profiler/flaker concerns, and site policies I require real names. If you join a swap of mine with a fake name or no last name, you will be asked to fix it.

No recent/unexplained low ratings and you must check into swap-bot within 3 days of partners being assigned. PLEASE check out my profile page and read the "About Swaps I Host" section for an in-depth explaination of my swap rules.

If you do not know what a Deco is, please do not sign up for the swap.

and I just found this:

If you still have questions, PM me. I'll do my best to answer them. Also, I will be more than happy to send one to you so you can check it out. I run this swap each month, so there will be another chance to sign up.

Also ~ I live in "Boonyville" Michigan and sometimes our internet connection isn't very good. This is especially true when it rains & in the winter months. I have been told that swap hosts have 7 days after the sign up date to assign partners. So please be patient, partners will get assigned and if needed I will extend the send date.

I can angel this swap ONLY after you have contacted the person sending to you, you have gotten no reply and you have rated a 1

If you know of a bad swapper signed up for this swap, I appreciate being informed, but please DO NOT post to the comment section! Send me a PM and I will deal with it that

@Nevi2018 A deco is a small book of usually 4 to 10 pages typically 4 x 6 inches or smaller. The person who starts the book, picks a theme, makes the book, decorates the front/back usually along the theme, and puts pertinent information of who made it, how/when it was started and who it is ending up going to. Then that book is mailed around in deco swaps where each person decorates a page along the chosen theme in the book until it is full and then mails it to the recipient who may or may not be the books creator. If you go to my page you can find a the information to my Instagram where I have posted pages that I finished in deco books so you can see what it entails. It is fun but does take some work.

@SeleneW - Thanks for replying and the great description.

@Nevi2018 - Sorry I didn't reply sooner. I'm in the midst of an arthritis flare up and my right shoulder is really affected. Using the mouse is very painful, so my computer time is very limited. Got a shot in it, but it only helped a little

Please check out the links in the description, they are very informative!

I'm willing to take a homer from someone!

IDreamOfAfrica 08/18/2019 #

Me too! I am accepting international and USA homers. I will be honored to fill the last page and then mail the book "home". Please feel free to message me.
