For this swap, we will send 1 thimble to each of 3 partners. I am talking about "decorative" collectible type thimbles. ( not thimbles for sewing that are made of metal). I collect souvenir thimbles, and have many with U.S. state information, or pictures of dogs, flowers, birds, people, etc. There are also thimbles with carvings on them, or semi-precious stones. You can find thimbles in souvenir shops, antique stores, and thrift shops. So you can spend as little or as much as you want purchasing them. Since they are small, it should keep the postage rate down, so international swappers as well as newbies are welcome. I would recommend "bubble" envelopes or boxes to keep the thimble from being damaged in transit. As always, bad swappers will be banned. We all want to get what we send. Thanks !
