Mother of 3 wonderful and grown sons, the Oldest is in National Guards, he has just returned from Kosovo on a U.N. peacekeeping mission. The Middle Child is my "scarey" computer geek son,who is working in an office...with a computer! The Baby recently finished college for "Computer Integrated machining", and works on the factory side of the same company as the Middle Son. Grandmother of 1 Favorite Grandson age 11 and 1 Princess Granddaughter age 9. Married to my Favorite Husband in the Whole Wide World. I have two new Shih Tzu puppies! Named Wilson and Gromit, born in August.
Not a big music person, listen to what ever on the radio.

The "home maker- over" ones & craft ones !! Neat ( I want Helen to come to my craft room !!) The Dog Whisperer. House. Dexter. Project Runway. CSI, NCIS, that type. The Riches is my favorite! My husband and son watch the Big Bang Theory, so I watched with them, now I'm hooked.

I have done, or do crafts of all kinds.I make Dolls: cloth, fimo clay, porcelain. Make Barbie and other doll clothes. Knit, crochet, cross stitch, calligraphy,pencil drawings, ATCs, silk ribbon and regular embroidery. sew, quilt, create ...lets just say, I don't do tatting! and have not yet learned to do welding. I have a Flickr site, my name is "Fingers Inc." ask me for a link. I've got lots of photos of my "artistic creations" there.
If you are looking for swap based things for me...my requests would be: old handkerchiefs ( like Grandma used to have) I want to make a quilt from them, the flower and patterned one, not just the white ones with lace edging. Tote Bags of any sort, the larger the better !. Yarn, any color or even partial skeins are fine, because I can use to add embellishments to things I make. Beads of any kind, I love putting them on things. Sewing themed items, such as collectible thimbles, threads, decorations, etc. Embroidery floss and silk ribbon for embroidering. Fabric, mostly cottons for quilting please. Hope this helps give you ideas. Please email me if you have any questions, I'd be happy to work with you !

Stopping by to say hello! I'm still using my beautiful quilted bag you made me. I'm using it now to bring my Swap-bot packages to the post office and I get all kinds of compliments.
You are so welcome on that M-N-O. I too can't wait to see "my" journal come back...perhaps early next spring? :) Meanwhile, I get so attached to each journal that sending it on its way is heart-touching. :)
