Favorite Crafts

IF CRAFTS WERE METH...I'D HAVE NO TEETH !

I have done, or do crafts of all kinds.I make Dolls: cloth, fimo clay, porcelain. Make Barbie and other doll clothes. Knit, crochet, cross stitch, calligraphy, pencil drawings, ATCs, silk ribbon and regular embroidery. sew, quilt, create ...lets just say, I don't do tatting! and have not yet learned to do welding. I have a Flickr site, my name is "Fingers Inc." ask me for a link. I've got lots of photos of my "artistic creations" there.

swap requests...

If you are looking for swap based things for me...my requests would be: old handkerchiefs ( like Grandma used to have) I want to make a quilt from them, the flower and patterned one, not just the white ones with lace edging. Tote Bags of any sort, the larger the better !. Yarn, any color or even partial skeins are fine, because I can use to add embellishments to things I make. Beads of any kind, I love putting them on things. Sewing themed items, such as collectible thimbles, threads, decorations, etc. Embroidery floss and silk ribbon for embroidering. Fabric, mostly cottons for quilting please. Hope this helps give you ideas. Please email me if you have any questions, I'd be happy to work with you !

You are so welcome on that M-N-O. I too can't wait to see "my" journal come back...perhaps early next spring? :) Meanwhile, I get so attached to each journal that sending it on its way is heart-touching. :)
