Description:

Edit: 12-12-19: Adjusting dates to push this back a little bit.

This is an email swap, and you are required to send recipes to your assigned partners via EMAIL (not swap-bot messenger or other - email only.) You will have 3 partners, and may send the same recipes to all 3 partners, but if you do please use BCC when sending the emails.

This swap is not profile specific, so you can get this ready to send before partners are assigned. You cannot rate your partner down if you do not like the recipe or if it contains something you are allergic to.

You can join as many or as few swaps in this series as you wish. If you print out all the recipes, you can create a recipe book or card file for your kitchen. :)

New swappers are welcome to join, but only with a very well filled out profile. All swappers need to have a very well filled out profile for this swap, with no late swaps.

All swappers need to sign into swap-bot w/in 3 days of the sign up deadline. If you haven't signed in w/in those 3 days, you will be banned. Need to see active swappers who check out the site.

After 3 rounds of holiday specific foods, I thought we'd move away from holidays and to other themes. This round is breads and soups/stews.

This swap is International, so you may get recipes from around the world. :) Measurements may need to be adjusted when you receive the recipes from your partners, but Google is quite handy with that. :) Whenever possible, please try not to include recipes that include a packaged food item (such as a cake mix or a special brand of sauce, etc...) This will help your partner when they try to create the recipe in their own home. :)

For this swap, you will send your partner 3 recipes.
You will include one recipe for biscuits, crackers or bread (which can include using a bread machine), and 2 recipes should be soups or stews (crock pot, slow cookers, instapot included).

Please be sure to type clearly and make sure the measurements are all clear and correct. By sharing these via email, they should be easier to copy or print to your choice of processing program and format to fit into your chosen cook book or recipe file.

Use "Swap-Bot: Create a recipe book #4" for the subject line. I've found that by including swap-bot in the subject line, it goes to spam less often, so should be easier to find, so you can rate your partner. :) Be sure to include your swap-bot ID in the email.

Rate your partner when you receive the email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam/junk mail folders, then message your partner. Email is nice and easy to re-send. :)

I will angel any swaps that are flaked on. Hopefully, that won't be necessary, though, right? :) Please contact me after you have contacted your partner and have rated them a 1.

I am using a manual rating filter for this one, and will decide who to ban based on your ratings, your profiles, your dashboard and comments rather than using a set rating number for a filter. If your rating is below a 4.98, and you have done your best to resolve 1's or 3's, be sure that your profile explains any issues OR directly PM me to explain the situation. I will take that into consideration.

I will check through all who sign up, and I will remove or ban any who are listed on questionable lists that I have access to, any who have not met requirements. If you have information about any swapper who has signed up, please contact me directly via PM and give me the information. I am happy to learn about any possible problem swappers and use the information to make a final decision.

For new swappers - after sign up ends, the host has the ability to click a magic key on swap-bot and the computer bits and bots assign partners. You should, then, get an email saying partners have been assigned. Once you return here to the swap page, on the right side of the screen, you should see an option to 'see partners you send to' and you just click that, a new window pops up with your partners name and mailing address. Once you have written the letter, you will return to the page to click the "click here when you have sent your items' and it will mark it sent in the system. If you click that by accident, you can fix that too.

If you have any questions or concerns, please send me a PM, as I may miss comments left below. Thank you. :)
