Description:
Just watching President-Elect Obama's speech in Philadelphia and thought an Inaugural ATC swap might be interesting and fun. Rules are simple - no one with less than 4.5 ratings, no no-sends in past 3 months, no flakers. One ATC to one partner with an inaugural theme. It would be nice to find some Obama, HOPE, or Change buttons or memorabilia to add to the card. Cards should be heavy card stock and I hope you can include layers, embellishments, or hand-drawn features to your art.
