Description:

This will be a mix you put together for your partner to help them calm down and relax after a stressful & trying day.

The music should be soothing & relaxing. Think ambient, trance, electronic, chill type music. The songs may or may not have vocals - it's up to you and what you think would be relaxing for your partner.

*** Think of a nice appropriate title for your CD but be sure to mention the title of this swap somewhere in your package so your partner will know what swap you're sending them. ***

Rules:

  • Must have a rating of 4.7 or higher.
  • No 'no sends' within the last 3 months.
  • Must have completed & been rated in at least 10 Postal swaps (email swaps do not count).

I'll be checking on everyone before assigning partners.

This swap is International - it costs very little to send a CD through the mail, even internationally. If there is a high demand for a 'US only' one then I'll create one later on.

I was wondering how you guys send your CDs--do you use a jewel case in a padded envelope, or do you use cardboard, or what? Thanks for the input!

Sometimes I use a jewel case in a padded envelope. But usually I print and make my own sleeve (just paper and glue/tape), I put it in a medium manila envie with cardboard backing. So far nothing has ever broken (in the last 5+ years I've been swapping cds on various websites). Hope that helps! :)

they also have some cd mailers that you can buy at Walmart if you have one near you. You could send that in a bubble envelope for extra protection. They are thin cardboard envelopes made for cds.

Thanks guys. The thin cardboard mailers are the ones I have trouble with for some reason. Seems like the CDs always arrive broken in them. I dont understand it since I receive from people who use the cardboard method and they are always in one piece. I have only recieved one broken one from someone who just used a paper envelope. I think I will stick with the jewel case/padded method for now :o)
