USA/CANADA ONLY!!!

I am making this a USA/CANADA ONLY swap since I am very limited on extra funds needed to send international. SORRY FOLKS!!!

This is part 2 of a series of monthly swaps. We are working our way through the alphabet, this month is the letters DEF.

For this swap you will send 3 handmade/embellished recipe pages/cards to 2 partners. Each card/page will have 1 recipe and you will send one recipe that begins with the letter D, 1 that begins with the letter E and 1 that begins with the Letter F to each partner.

FOR EXAMPLE:

D = Danish rolls E = Eggplant casserole F = Fried potato patties

Ok....now for the details: Each recipe card is to be handmade and must measure 6x6, and must be embellished in a pretty way for each of us to add to our recipe scrapbook or recipe box, whichever the case may be. Please don't just slap a couple of stickers on it and send it on. Make something that you would be proud to receive yourself. You can embellish with stamp art, brads, gems, ribbon, or any other form of embellishment you think would be a nice addition. You can type or handwrite the recipes, but PLEASE be sure if you handwrite that you do so neatly so that they are legible and can be easily read. Please don't make them too thick so they will fit nicely in our scrapbooks.

Ok, so we are sending 3 handmade-embellished 6x6 recipe cards/pages to 2 partners and will send 1 recipe that begins with D, 1 that begins with E and 1 that begins with F to each partner. I'm giving ya'll a month to get your cards/pages completed and sent:)

For those of you who are new to scrapbooking recipes, here's some links to give ya'll some ideas:) Some of these pics are not 6x6, but atleast they'll give you some ideas of the type of embellishments some people use to make their recipe pages stand out. The possibilities are endless!!! Just be creative:)

Everyone is welcome to join this swap as long as you have atleast a 4.8 rating and no no-sends within the last 6 months. Newbies are welcome as long as you have a completely filled out profile. I will check profiles before assigning partners and will delete anyone who does not meet these guidelines. Also, anyone who has any of these monthly swaps outstanding that has not been sent is will not be allowed to join until all of their past swaps have been sent & received.

I plan on continuing this on a monthly basis where we'll work our way through the alphabet:)) If you participate in each swap throughout the entire series, in the end you will have a nice scrapbook of recipes from A-Z. Sound fun???

SO GET SIGNED UP AND LET'S SWAP SOME RECIPES!!!

I am planning on angeling for this swap unless we have so many flakers I can't handle it alone. In which case I will help find angels if needed. Hope that won't be the case though!! If anyone flakes in this swap they will not be welcome in any future swaps I host!!

Are these to be decorated on one side or both sides? Does it matter? Looking forward to it!

Oh, and just so my partner knows, APO address is the same postage as any other US address. Thanks!
