This swap will be for new or established decos, you will send 2 decos to your partner. As with any deco swap, make sure the deco isn't made for or by your partner and that your partner has not signed or passed on the deco. No one wants to pay postage to move a deco that they have previously signed or passed on. No last signers in this swap unless you message your partner to see if its okay.

USPS will be closed on Monday, February 21st in observance of Presidents' Day so I extended the send by date by one extra day.
