Description:

Hello swappers . . .

For this swap, you'll be putting on your witch hat and getting creative! You come from a long line of witches--some good, some bad--and you and your cousin, Mildred Blackheart, are going to be attending The Annual Witches Convention. The convention will be held on October 30 in Salem, Massachusetts (of course!) Create your witch persona (good OR bad) and write the letter to your cousin using that persona.

You may write about anything you choose--what's been going on in your persona's life, when to meet up at the Annual Witches Convention, What will you be wearing? What speakers are you anxious to hear at the convention? Any new spells? Recipes? New family members or friends? Remember to give yourself a name, too! Just have fun with the letter, which should be at least 1 full page--more is most welcome!

When finished with your letter, decorate your envelope in a witchy manner, and mail it off to your partner with a little surprise included as well. I'm listing this as a Type 3 because you will be creating a mail art envelope and you might like to create a surprise for your partner.

Hope you'll enjoy this fun and creative swap!

Like the idea? I'm hosting the same swap in the What's In Your Mailbox group.
