By signing up for this swap, TheAmpersand agrees to send Checkerboardskirt one (1) mix CD full of zippy, peppy, and heartbreaking indie pop and one (1) mix CD full of mind-expanding ambient post-punk soundscapes.

Checkerboardskirt agrees to send TheAmpersand (1) or (2) mix CD('s) of the best tunes ever, per her discretion.

This swap shall be completed no later than April 30, 2009, since TheAmpersand is shamefully behind on a bunch of his other swaps and needs to catch up.

Hearts may be awarded, but not guaranteed. Extreme tardiness or suckage will be punished by a rating of three (3). Not sending a damn thing will be punished by the maximum penalty, a rating of one (1).

Other stipulations:

TheAmpersand requests that neither of his mixes contain any song by the group U2 (You Too), since he hates them with the sort of white-hot passion felt only by overly opinionated record geeks.

Checkerboardskirt will not expect that her CD's will arrive with cool decorations or in special packages. It has been acknowledged that theAmpersand has no facility for the visual arts.

By signing up for this swap, both participants pledge to make the most rockin' mixes they possibly can with the musical resources currently available to them.
