Favorite Music

Nobody listens to just one thing. This person listens to eighties hardcore punk, ambient drones, psych rock in all its lysergic varieties, cannonical indie rock, sixties stuff, geeky IDM, dream pop, and yes, even country music, though I much prefer the older stuff. You've heard this line before, but I'd like to make you a mixtape.

About Me

I'm 29 and live on Boston's South Shore and work for a textbook publisher. In my off-hours, I practice the difficult art of making mixtapes. Is putting twenty or so particular songs in exactly the right order worth my afternoon? Of course it is! What a silly question!

I'm also a big reader and went to school for lit, twice, even. I sort of dream of becoming a writer, if only to keep my own mind humming along. It's something people have always told me to do that I've never quite gotten serious about. Anyway, I figured that signing up for some writing swaps would be a good way to get started.

Response: I've really got to apologize...the past few months have been crazy for me. I've moved house, lived in a hotel, and started a new job.
