In honor of the upcoming 4th of July Holiday I figured I would start up a Red, White and Blue Themed ATC Swap! For this swap you will have 1 partner. You will make your partner 1 ATC in a Red, White and Blue theme. Use any medium you wish---this is for those who are new to ATC's as well as ol' pros! The only requirement is that is be the standard ATC size, 2.5x3.5! This is open to all group members, both USA, Canada and International swappers as these are fairly cheap to send!
