This is my first time as a swap host, so Newbies are welcome. No recent unexplained 1 or 3s, if you have had an issue just let me know and we'll talk about it. Of course this swap is International, why wouldn't it be? You will have two weeks from sign up date to mail out your package! I will angel if I have to, but I promise I will be very testy if I have to. So please don't flake like bad dandruff on me!

If you have a question post it and I'll respond.

Questions...

1- Isnt it illegal to send seeds across country borders? It may just be certain seeds/places butjust wondered since you said it doesnt have to include seeds ( but some may want to send them lol )

-From my understanding we can make up our own seed packet? Like alter the picture/text to be cute or funny as long as it looks like a seed packet but not like a picture of a monkey that says grow your own monkeys type of altering... so as long as its a plant?

I dont like seeds or have seed packets but I would love to join and make my own seed packet :P.

maybe it's not illegal. My friend brought me back a bunch of seed packages from Japan.

It depends on the country, some countries completely prohibit it, New Zealand is a good example. America does not for the most part, there are several exceptions (Hops plants come to mind) but you can import seeds.

Really this swap is not for the seeds themselves, but for the packaging.

Yes, you can make your own, so long as it fits the standard ATC requirements.
