Description:

I'm addicted to biscornu are you? Newbies are welcome please pm me. You must have an overall rating of 4.5 or better and no “no” mails. Please cross stitch your biscornu using Aida, evenweave or linen. Size should be at least 50x50 stitches. THEME: This time we will be adapting a pattern you have in your stash. Take a look at the patterns you have to see if a portion of one would make a biscornu. There are many patterns that could easily be adapted into a biscornu. Just let your imagination run wild. Example: I plan to use a portion of Blue Ribbon Designs “Stop and Smell Flowers” for my biscornu. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. You will make one biscornu and receive one biscornu. http://own-two-hands.livejournal.com/4186.html for full instructions

very cool idea

I have just googled these as I had no idea what they were. They are incredible, gorgeous and amazing little pieces of art. I am going to try to make one first, it wouldn't be fair sending something not up to scratch.

I, too, never heard of this type of counted cross stitch craft before. They ar such interesting little gems. I bet really neat looking ones could also be made using fabrics with repeated pattern(s) in it. You woul just have to fussy cut your squares so that they have the exact same or complimentary image centered on them.,,BTW, is this senders choice?

Yes this is a senders choice swap. You may review your parterns profile for color preference if you choose. But what you stitch is totally up to you. Have fun. Hope you join us.
