IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL, PLEASE SEE THE VARIATION OF THIS LISTING THAT I POSTED

Summer is here and it's road trippin' time!! And since I'm never one to go hungry (haha), I pretty much get a snack every time we stop off at the gas station! And have you ever noticed how certain items can ONLY be purchased at a gas station??

SWAP DETAILS

-you will have 1 partner to whom you will send THREE snacks.

-SPENDING GUIDELINE for this swap is $3-$4, before postage.

-you will send your favorite BAKED treat (pre-packaged cookies, cakes, donuts, bars, etc...), your favorite NON-CHOCOLATE candy (sorry, too hot for chocolate!), and your favorite SWEET 'N' SALTY snack. This one will be a little tougher, but I know we're up to the challenge! It can be 2 separate items, but must be something you would eat together, like butter popcorn and milk duds.

-they MUST come from a gas station! The only exception to this rule is if you know for SURE it is sold in your local gas station but can find it at the grocery store cheaper, as I'm all for saving a little money :)

PARTICIPANTS

-Everyone in the group is welcome to join, as long as you have not had any 1's or 3's in the last 4 months.

-PLEASE do not flake, as then I'll have to ban you from my future swaps :(

If you decide do a USA swap like this, I'd like join. Not that I don't like shipping international, but the shipping for this kind of package to Canada ( estimate from postal service website) is going to be at least $9 for a 2 lb package, which is about what it weigh once everything is packed, or over $13 for flat rate. Probably more than the food will cost.. I'll watch for one! :)

@shabbypink123 goodness, what will you be sending?? LOL. I completely understand on the postage, though I do think 2 pounds is a bit more then what the swap calls for :) Most gas stations have "1-2 servings" sized bagged snacks and baked goods and candy varies, but there are some lighter ones out there. Honestly the package should only be around a pound or so, which is $6 (for up to 20 oz.) to Canada, only $1 more then within the USA.

If anyone has questions or concerns please feel free to post here or contact me, I'm more then willing to help out! I ship at least 20 packages a week internationally for business, so I've had plenty of practice :)

Okay I gotcha. I was thinking we would be required to send the whole Box, like say, a box of granola bars, not just 1 granola bar. Had a DUH! moment...lol

@shabbypink123 haha, no...not the whole box! that's why I like gas stations, many of their items are sold singly...so sometimes I go there for a little controlled "indulgence", lol.
