Description:

If you support any worthy causes, here is your chance to talk them up and perhaps find some new supporters!

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

--Margaret Mead--

For this swap, you'll send (1) postcard to (3) partners with a little information about your worthy cause. Be sure to include 1) the name of the charity/organization, 2) a link/other information so your partners can check them out.

Need an example?

I support Peace One Day so I might send a postcard to one of my partners with a little description, a link to the website, a note about my involvement - why I am involved and/or what that involvement looks like. (This year, for example, I am hosting a One Day One Goal football match.)

Newbies are welcome.

Please don't commit if you're not willing to participate. I'm not an angel, so please don't force me to go steal a halo. (However, I will steal a halo if necessary and angel this swap.)

does the postcard have to be be related to your cause or can it be any postcard? thanks, em

It can be any postcard. Purchased and handmade cards are both welcome. There's no need for it to be related to your cause. Thanks for asking!

great swap! :-)

Oh, I have Greeting cards from the organization I support. Can I send them too instead of postcards?

halcigone 08/ 2/2010 #

@Drachenfrau - I don't see why not. I picked postcards because they are the least expensive to post, but if you would rather send a greeting card please feel free.

great, thank you. :-)
