Description:

Many thanks to @Zefaniya for letting me use her idea! @Zefaniya hosted the "Simple super quick penpal swap" that just ended, and I noticed several people wanted to do this, but were newbies, and couldn't take part. So with an OK from @Zefaniya I'm hosting a newbie friendly version. Rules are the same:

"This swap is easy. You will have one partner to write a 2 page intro letter to. I'm tired of getting penpal letters that are half a page or less long. So be sure to follow the 2 page rule."

USA only, open to everyone, regardless of status, and with a 4.0 or above rating. I will angel, but please don't make me! (If you have 1's or 3's w/in the last 6 months, please PM me and explain.)

Questions or comments, please PM me.

Notice, QUICK MAIL DATE!!

There is also an International version of this swap, for those of you interested!

I want to start a penpal, but I'm afraid they wont like what I write. Is there certain things I need to have in an intro letter or can I write whatever I want?

@keribearsmiles - Write about yourself, tell what you're interested in, where you live or where you've traveled, your hobbies, your family, your pets - things like that. Try thinking of what you might like to read from someone. Try jotting down notes of things you'd like to add. The first letters do tend to be the hardest, but if you just relax, I'm sure you'll do fine. :) Remember, this isn't an assignment, it's a friend!
Does this help? If you need more ideas or pointers, PM me, ok? :)

Haha, this actually helped me out and I have been penpalling for years!! The first letters are always the most complicated to write, but they are well worth it!
