last minute Thank a Postman Day

Don't you love getting those great wildly decorated envelopes? Feb.4th is Thank a Postman day and I think it would be fun to put a smile on the faces of every postal handler that touches the mail. You will make 3 atcs with the theme of postmen, stamps, mailcarriers, letter writing etc. and send one to 3 parners ON FEB 4th. The envelope must be decorated as wildly as you can in anyway you think will get the post man (woman) to notice and smile.... The atc is for your partner but your envelope is really for the Postal person. Sorry this is such a quick turn around but I just found out. I hope we have enough to make this work really well.
