Description:

The holidays come early at Swap-Bot! In this swap you will send your recipient a tote bag or book bag with some yarn from your stash, a knitting book and a small bag of knitting notions. A little expensive but, you’ll get a nice gift yourself or, re-gift it to a knitter(s) on your list.

The contents: 1. Book bag or tote bag- something big enough to hold a book and project in. 2. A new or gently used knitting book that has been published in the last 2 years. 3. A new skein of yarn from your stash. Blends are fine but must have at least 50% natural fiber content. 4. A little zippered bag of assorted knitting notions. Some ideas are: stitch markers, row counters, tape measure, ink pen, post it notes, crochet hook, lotion or candy.

The Rules: Swappers must have a rating of 5 and at least 10 hearts. EXCEPTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. This swap will cost some bucks and it sucks to get burned after you’ve put time and money into the gift that you send.
You can contact your recipient to see what kind of yarn they like but it’s not a requirement. The same goes for the book. You’ll have time between the assignments and the send date to scope out your recipient’s interests, wherever they hang out on the Web. I've taken a picture of a sample of what this swap could include. Follow the link below.

Because of the $$ if the swap contents, this is U.S. only.

Happy Swapping! M.e.

I already got my package from Debbie! Wow, was she fast! She definitely deserves the heart I am giving her; I loved everything in my package!

Meanwhile, I've got my package ready to send out. . .I'm just waiting to receive the book that I ordered in the mail! : )
