Plenty of people have bad habits or even addictions that is really hard for them to shake. Popping your knuckles, cursing, smoking, spending too much... there are an infinate amount of them, and it could be different for everyone. I know personally that I have tried to quit my bad habit, but It Is So Hard!!! For this swap we will start a 30 Day Challenge to break out bad habits. You should PM your 2 partners once they are assigned explaining your habit or addiction. Then they will reply doing the same thing and include their address/email if they so choose. This allows you to have even more people to share your trials with and help keep you accountable. This is also an opportunity to be able to share with people you don't know if you are embarrased to tell people you are close to. If you get 1, 2, 7, or even 29 days into it and mess up... you have to start back at day one. The only other requirement is sending your partners a letter or post card with an encouraging note sometime within the first 30 days (even if it takes them longer than that). I hope to keep in contact at least by email with my partners as we try to complete the challenge. Hopefully you guys are excited about this as I am. I'm ready to quit my bad habit! Now we can do it together!
