Description:

A big thank you to @stargazer for the idea for this swap.

I love making these minibooks and they are perfect for swapping! They are made from ONE sheet of 12x12 paper, and they are really simple to create. Are you up for the challenge?

For this swap you will create a minibook for 1 partner. If you Google minibook from one page there are lots of tutorial but the one I like is (if the link doesn't work please copy and paste) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-AAaGQwDB0

In this tutorial you use glue to keep the pages and pockets together but I prefer double sided tape and staples - it makes it quick and easy.

Inside the minibook there are little pockets. You will need to fill up your little book with goodies for your partner. Some ideas: mini envies filled with stickers, postage or used stamps, a mini zine, tags, atcs, motivational quotes or anything your partner may find "cool."

As far as subject matter/theme for the book, it is sender's choice this time, however profiles can be inspirational too!

This swap is open to all group members in good swap standing. If you have any questions feel free to post below. This is a great little project and I think it will be a fun swap!

Over on the UK Swap-bot Group I'm posting a similar swap where the theme is the up-coming Royal Wedding which you may want to join as well.

If this Swap is popular I'll do them monthly with different themes each time. Let me know.

have never done a mini book before... and only just joined this group! would rather have a go at making one before I signed up in-case it's really bad and not send-able. maybe join next time if you do another.
