We will make 1 ATC for 1 Partner. I think the title of swap says it all and is open for interpretation. You must use at least three of the following media on the ATC in order to receive a rating of 5. Here they are: 1. Stamped image 2. image from a magazine, collage sheet, or picture. 3. paint 4. ribbon or fabric 5. glitter 6. Metal You will need a rating of 4.8 to join the swap. Have fun and make something awesome!
