I agree with the other commenters. Three ratings are for late sends. If she sent the Washi samples required in the time it was required then a three is not fair. I don't know about everyone else but I would be a little wary swapping with someone who gives unfair ratings. It ruins a swappers ratings and abilities to join swaps. None of us are trying to be mean but we're all trying to have stress free hobbies and I agree with @cutseygirlynai and everyone else on this one. You will understand when you get an unfair rating.
