Hi there! I'm stopping by as part of the "Read your partner's profile & leave a comment" swap. :) I enjoyed reading through your profile - and I love how your 'voice' just shows through. Some people's, you read it and you can't imagine a voice or a face or anything. But with yours, for some reason, your words bring you to life. I can get a real sense of what your personality is like, and what kind of person you are! :) Also, I just relalized you were my partner in the 50 questions email swap! Because as I'm typing this, directly to the left is where I rated you, haha! And you're the one who wanted to celebrate your own holiday with eating Nutella! :)

I'm amazed that you have done so much travelling - how did you get to teach in South Korea, and now Germany? That's just amazing. I know that I don't have enough guts to ever do something like that - go live in a foreign country by myself and work there for a while - even if I wasn't married with a baby. As a young, single person - I wouldn't be able to do it. So I totally admire you for that sense of adventure!

Well, I don't want to write a novel here, so I'll say goodbye now. I hope you enjoy your day!!

"Read and Comment Swap" Wow! What a fabulous profile! So informative. I think it is wonderful that you are off living in another Country. From Tennessee to Korea and Germany-how exciting! I agree with you about Education vs. Intelligence. I, too, have witnessed some stupidity and thought Hmmm....book smart, no common sense! What great life experiences you must be having....I love to travel, but the old adage ' time and money ' applies here! I am a list maker as well. My family is musical and lyrical-not me. I love music and sing, well I make a noise anyway. = ) Sorry you had to leave your pup behind, I had to leave my cat with my dad, but it's all good. The pets are happy-but we surely miss them, huh? Again, great profile, we can really get a feeling for who you are! Enjoy your day! = )

Guten Morgen! From Kansas USA! And happy profile comment swap. I too am currently attempting to learn the German language. If you get the chance Rosetta Stone is most deffinately worth the investment. I love crafts as well and come from a family of crafters. Although I must say that I am the one that takes it to the extreme.
I see that you are a paranormal romance fan. I would highly suggest, Shannon K. Butcher. I've yet to read any of her books but have gotten the chance to thumb through a few and cannot wait to sink my teeth into them. I am a spinner, so maybe one of these days our swap paths will cross again, and I'll be able to send some fibers your way. Enjoy your time in Germany and many many happy swaps to you as well. Enjoyed getting to read your profile and getting to know another member of this wonderful community that I have just recently found. Happy Swapping!

How fabulous that you're from McMinnville...I'm from Shelbyville/M'boro area! It's a small Swap-Bot world :)

Welcome to swap bot! I love it here and I have learned my way around the site! It is a nice community and I have met some awesome people. I love to sew as you do.... but I also love to embroider. It is sew relaxing to just sit and stitch. in fact, that is how I spend most of my evenings. It is how I relax and unwind after a hard day.

My favorite favorite movie of all time was the Jane Eyre movie that you have listed in your profile. There are a couple other versions I like too, but that one is my favorite. I also love the Romeo and Juliet movies. Wonderful!

I do not crochet. I never learned to do that. My sister crochets and knits, but I never had an aptitude for it.

Enjoy swapping! It is addictive and it will take over your life if you let it LOL! Take care! carla louise www.ohsewaddicted.com Read and Comment on your partner's profile !

"read your partner's profile & leave a comment swap" Hi, watch out swap-bot can get very addicting :) As does embroidery. I love to sit and embroider it is very relaxing. I am currently working on a sun-bonnet Sue type quilt for my step-daughter that is all hand embroidered. It's slow going but turning out really pretty (lets just hope I get it done before she grows to old for it). I too love to receive written letters. It reminds me of being a kid & running out to the mail box waiting for my penpals mail to arrive. Sadly, those days are going by the way side. Of course, I love everything that goes with letter writing as well. I am a pen & paper junkie. My husband would lose me in a craft store for certain. I hope you are enjoying your time in Europe. I will be going to Scotland to visit my husband's family in 4 weeks. It will be the second time I've gone. I fell in love with the place as soon as we got off the plane. We plan on moving there in a couple more years. That is what keeps me going on those long hard work days. Blessings, AutumnRain

"Read and Comment on Your Partners Profile Swap"

First - Welcome to Swapbot!! I'm relatively new here myself but it's such a blast!! That's so cool that you live in Germany. I've always wanted to travel all over Europe but sadly I've never been out of the states. Maybe someday. :) Good luck with your swapping!!
