Many users don't see a response to their ratings. You should message @dalbright and request her address so that you can honor this swap.
I'd recommend that you read (at the bottom of the page) the New User Info and the FAQ. Both of those links contain a wealth of knowledge. When you sign up for a swap, there is a second step you have to click to verify that you are obligating to send what's required to the appropriate amount of partners. So you would've had to have done that to sign up for a swap.
It's a TOTALLY easy fix though. Contact Debbie and she's said she's happy to change the rating when you send her what is required.
