Hi! My name is Lauren and I am 27 years old. I live in the south of England, where I have lived my whole life.

I've been a member of Swapbot for years now and yet I still don’t really know what to write in this section.

I suffer from a condition called Selective Mutism, which is a severe anxiety disorder that affects communication. I’d love to hear from anyone else who suffers from it, as it doesn’t seem as commonly known in adults. I also suffer from other physical and mental health issues, and crafting/swapping is like a therapy to me.
