Hey ya'll It's me Cyndie! Whew about me?? Hummmmm let me think...I am 51, married, I have 2 sons ages 19,31. I also have 4 step daughters and 3 step grandbabies ( well not babies anymore) we like to say we have 6 kids...pause... collectively! I live in Florida, have a 2nd home in Ga. I Love sewing and crafting of all sorts. I like all types of music except heavy metal and jazz and I prefer country, I loved Nancy Drew books when I was young I don't read now lol, but if someone was to send me a awesome "who done it "or mystery I am sure I would dive right in. My favorite movies are The Proposal ( I mean come on who doesn't love Ryan Reynolds?) and Madea's witness protection, and We're the Millers I love meeting people and making friends, I love mysteries and who done it shows, I am hard on the outside but very tender hearted, I'm excited that I found this group. I cant wait to start swapping, I'm new to the scrap booking/ junk journaling craft but I am sure I will master it soon.. Hope to meet some new friends soon.

My favorite colors ( for the moment ) are Teal Yellow and Orange. But to be honest I like pretty much all colors except Red.

I like to consider myself a girly girl but if you were to look at me you'd think "Where did she get that impression " lol. So with that being said...

I do love girly things like pretty socks ( ankle style due to surgeries on my ankle the skins pretty thin so I wear the ankle ones to keep things from rubbing it) or the long pretty knee highs.. yep I can rock those!

Love me some pretty stationary, pens and fine tip markers, note pads, note cards.

Pretty cardstock and scrapbook paper are always welcome.

I absolutely love anything homemade. I don’t know how to crochet or knit so those items are especially awesome, I am currently trying to collect crochet animals and I would just die for a junk journal someone has made. So much love goes into things like that and never gets enough appreciation so.. I’m your girl!

I like course nail files and deep dark shades of nail polish and I am not scared even at my age to do purple green and yellow polish.. Imagine that!

I like cute stickers (not school age cute but cute for journaling or crafting)

I like small bags to carry things in my purse ( I have OCD so I like to keep things organized... Its a blessing and a curse).

I'm a die hard crafter so I always enjoy.. Pretty cotton fabric, thread ( including waxed threads), buttons ( flat kind are best), random ephemera, vintage papers and die cuts, pretty paper napkins, lace, dollies, random postcards ( they are so hard to find these days)and pretty much anything you could toss into a junk journal as that's my latest habit. I am currently making a Sunflower junk journal for myself so anything that I can add as a keepsake for that is really special to me if you want to send me something that I will have forever!

My favorite flower is Tulips!

I prefer all postcard swaps to be sent blank and unsigned in a envelope as i like to collect them and use them in my crafts. And I really like beautiful flower ones, cute animal ones, and funny one.. I love to laugh! Old school like Holly Hobbie, Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears, Eyeore and the smurfs hold a special place for me so those would be added to my journal as a keepsake. I promise i WONT rate down if the swap calls for it to be sent just naked and stamped if you send it blank in a envie ( I won't tell .. hehe!!!)

My favorite candies are the orange circus p nuts (lol yep I love those), candy corn (lol yep you can never get enough of that), regular and peanut m/m's, butterscotch, and of course I LOVE LOVE LOVE ME SOME Banana Laffy Taffy. I participate in many swap groups so if you ever find yourself going ..LAWD! I just don't know what to send this girl... Unused postage stamps are ALWAYS a blessing I mostly use forever and additional ounce but any are greatly appreciated

I totally enjoy surprises because lets face it. It really stinks to only get bills in the mail.

But if you are ever in doubt i always enjoy gift cards to Hobby Lobby, Jo Anns , Michaels , Walmart , Dollar Tree and Amazon

My latest craze right now is retro and old school items like dick and jane books, old school nancy drew books, little golden books and old school china teacups like grandma had you know the delicate ones.

Please do not send anything cinnamon scented hubby is highly allergic.
