About Me

My name is Matt! I'm a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. I work as a teacher assistant in a predominantly Latino elementary school near Chicago. I will begin work on my Master's Degree in School Social Work starting in late August.

I was a political science major before I switched to Elementary Education, so I also love politics. I worked for a political campaign in 2010.

I collected postcards for seven years, before selling my entire collection. I started collecting again in June of 2015, and glad to be back at it!

I also speak Spanish, so if you speak/write Spanish feel free to write to me in Spanish if you like. I could use the practice!

Favorite Music

I'm a huge fan of 1980s music, particularly Journey, REO Speedwagon, Duran Duran, Billy Joel, Aerosmith, and Bon Jovi. I like more contemporary music as well.

Favorite Movies

I like all of the Star Wars films!
