I am a primary teacher working part-time. I have three children, two boys (12 & 5) and a daughter who is 9. I try and go to the gym three times a week if I can sneak out when my husband comes home! I love to surf the net looking at new ideas for the home. I have just found myself with time for ME and I'm exploring new hobbies. This being one! I have started my own blog which I'm trying to work out a theme for. I love to make costumes for my children for halloween, world book day etc. We have just moved house and I'm determined to start gardening this year. We have a lovely mature garden with a pond and frogs which will need looking after come spring. My pride and joy at the moment are my two orchids which i have managed to get to flower for a second time. i have no idea how as I'm renowned for killing all things green in our home through neglect. Maybe that's the secret!

Moulin Rouge, Evita, Love Actually, Thomas Crown Affair, I'd say I wasn't a big TV fan, but when I come to think about it I do try and catch ER, Desperate Housewives, Heroes and Lost. I loved the West Wing when it was on too. Maybe I do like to watch the box after all!!

all things shaker style, simple stationary, notelets, japanese craft, fabrics> linens and gingham check,felt craft, twill ribbons and natural coloured buttons, I LOVE Magazines we can't get here (Cotton Time and Cotton & Paint),Print/pattern, colours> duck egg blue and cream, ceramic items, paper craft, sizzix, USA pottery barn items, home baking, wood, sewing(lotta jansdotter/Amy Butler patterns), weight watchers fruities, orchids and oriental flowers,black liquorice, letterpress cards/coasters, All things Danish/ Swedish design, sand dollars, decorative tiles...

Unfortunately I'm allergic to cosmetics/toiletries and perfumed products so nothing like this for me please...thank you :) I also don't wear much jewellery, if I do it's usually wooden and small. Nothing religious,gothic,neon coloured, skulls... please! Preferably no ATC's or homemade paper crafts(not for now anyways thanks...)
