My name is Samantha, I'm nineteen, and I live in the United States. First and foremost, I'm an aspiring novelist. Words are my passion. I'm also completely fascinated by the world, other cultures, and languages, in particular. I love to travel, and can't wait until the time in my life when I'm ready to hop on a plane and see everything this world has to offer. I'm studying the Korean language right now, and I intend to study Chinese and French in the future.

I am a Christian, but I'll never shove my beliefs down your throat. I'm a very firm believer in staying true to yourself. I'm a quirky individual, I laugh at all the wrong things, and I don't fit to the societal norm for what a body shape "should be" - but I am not ashamed of who I am. I absolutely love receiving mail, and it would be just amazing to have a penpal from somewhere far away. I have three piercings in each ear, and I intend to get my nose pierced sometime in the near future. I have an incredibly curious nature. My family and friends mean the world to me.

LIKES: God, literature, archeology, linguistics, the world, tea, dreams, Korean culture, the Romanov family, fashion photography, Almond Crush Pocky, rainy days, azaleas, cold weather, foreign television/movies, lemon meringue pie.
DISLIKES: Prejudices, monkeys, most romance novels, cigarette smoke, pickles. I like way more than I dislike. I'm not terribly hard to please.

I COLLECT: International/foreign paraphernalia, Pullip/DAL/TaeYang (as well as clothes/accessories/miniatures for them!), pens (I'm a writer; pens are essential.), cute stationery, bottlecaps, cell phone straps, and unique jewelry.
CRAFTS I CAN DO: Loom knitting, stenciling, hand-sewing, polymer clay crafts, jewelry-making, and just about anything else I can get my hands on.

ACTIVITIES: Writing, going to shows, laughing so hard it hurts, crafting, listening to music, studying languages, learning about the world, playing video games, people watching, being nostalgic, watching movies, spending time with friends and family.
