I love getting mail and I used to do a lot of swaps and pen palling years ago. Recent unemployment has made me want to be creative again and it's always nice to get things other than bills in the mail. I'm a Chef and pastry is my specialty. I love anything that deals with food, music or art.

I really love a lot of music but rock has to be my fave. Music makes me happy and I have a knack for being able to name a song in a few notes. Some of my favorite bands are Blur, My Chemical Romance, The Academy Is, The Beatles, Jack Johnson, Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz, Adele, Augustana, Blink-182, Mark Rose, Liz Phair, Empires, Silversun Pickups, The Bluetones, Pulp, Frente, Thriving Ivory, 311, Incubus, Fall Out Boy, Matt Nathanson, Howie Day, John Mayer, Jon McLaughlin, Josh Groban, Michael Buble

I tend to read multiple books at a time. One of my favorite books is Eat, Pray, Love. It was a huge inspiration to me. Right now I'm readying The Art of Happiness and a bunch of business plan books since I want to open my own business. I do like reading things like Harry Potter for fun.

Since I'm obsessed with cooking I watch a lot of Food Network. I actually just watch a lot of cooking shows in general. I love Hell's Kitchen and Top Chef, ANTM and Project Runway. I'm rather obsessed with Glee, Private Practice, Flash Forward, Vampire Diaries, Sons of Anarchy and Chelsea Lately.
