I PM'd you from April 13 - 30 on the status of this swap. You stated on the swap page that you sent late due to being out of town, then in PMs you stated you couldn't remember if you sent or not, then you said you would resend in case you didn't send the first time... It was all very cordial, but I feel there's been a lot of confusion from you about whether or not you sent. Your last Sent date marked is May 2. She rated you more than 2 months past the swap deadline (March 21) because she hasn't received the swap. I feel she (as your partner) and I (as the swap host) have both been very patient about this swap. I'm sorry that you weren't encouraged by the low rating you received, but likewise, she was not encouraged by not receiving the swap.
