I'm a crafty person living in the middle of nowhere who likes mail. Isn't that what this is all about? I spend my days being a wedding planner for a local Inn and my off time making whatever i can get my hands on. I like working with paper and beads and jewelery stuff of all kinds. I love the idea of a piece of my art just existing out in the world with someone else.

I'll read anything i can get my hands on - mostly fiction, chick lit if i want to cry, harry potter for the fun. Sometimes i'll just read the dictionary - just to see what i don't know. My idea of heaven would be a room filled with books - just so i could spend all my time learning things i didn't know.

My favorite thing to do is to take a random piece that i found at a tag sale or that was given to me and make something completely different. I think the art of making new art out of found objects is something that could keep my brain busy for years. I seem to spend a large amount of time stock piling stuff that will someday turn into art. maybe, if i'm lucky. if not, well, i can handle being a packrat :)
