I think it is obvious that she is overwhelmed and we need to have patience and be respectful of others. If anyone feels that they need an atc so badly that it is ok to harass someone, they should be ashamed.

I would suggest dropping out of the swaps that you are able to. That might help you from getting farther behind. I wish you luck. God Bless you.
