Happy Autumn 2026! We are having a beautiful extended leaf color experience here in the PNW. I am savoring the beauty of it every chance I get.

For 2026 holiday greeting card swaps I especially love cards with areas of sparkly clear "sugar coated" look glitter. Also like ones with foil. Secular or Nativity are both welcome.

I have been a gardener for 40 years. In addition to annuals, perennials, shrubs, herbs, and containers, I grow a large patch of Dahlias. My veggie garden has become mostly flowers, but for 2027 I am going to put back a few more veggies, and grow Zinnias. This year my focus is on supporting pollinators and having plants that move with the wind, soft fuzzy leaves, colorful berries -- sensory garden.

I have a fun (juvenile?), easy going sense of humor (most of the time).

My current area of interest in art is watercolor and gouache.

My other interests include (but are not limited to): organic gardening, nature journaling, collage, boating, computers, cats, learning new craft projects of all kinds, decorating, reading, landscaping, science, spirituality, the body/mind/spirit connection, fitness, nutrition, learning about the history and origins of all religions of the world. I have recently become interested in jigsaw puzzles and speed puzzling competitions.

I am allergic to perfumes or anything scented, and cigarette smoke.

↓ For tea I drink variety but please nothing containing chamomile (allergic) and nothing with hibiscus (sour!).

↓ Please, NO bath/body products or scented candles or incense I am highly sensitive to chemically perfumed items. (authentic essential oils are A-OK)

↓ I am not into the altered/colorized vintage/victorian photographs of people, nor the Zetti style, nor steampunk. No children with wings, crowns or duncecaps. No cabbage rose/Victorian country style.

↓ No items that smell of cigarette smoke, or, especially don't try to cover it up with perfume (including scented dryer sheets -- triggers migraine )

↓ No items that are the color "mauve" (I have a strange and passionate aversion to this color for whatever reason). The color "burgundy" or "wine" is a close runner up to disliking.
