I wanted to do my home town, in which I grew up, but it's very small! Pardon my lack of beautiful images of the correct size! My hometown is Zanesville, OH. These images are from my area.
This is a pretty picture of the county courthouse, located in my town!
This is a vintage postcard image of a place in my town.
This is an image of a significant event that happened about four years ago in my town. A bunch of exotic animals escaped in my town. I think this story even made national news. I was still in high school at the time and they even cancelled school because they had gotten loose! One was caught right down the street from me! My town has a lot of woods and farms for them to roam so it took awhile to find them all.
And finally, this is the movie theatre in our town. It is important because it is the first place my fiance and I went on a "real" date. :)
I hope you have enjoyed learning about my town even though there are not many good pictures of it on Google ;D If you have any other questions about it, you are welcome to ask.
Hello :)
My name is Jayana and I live in a town named "Nerul" in the city of Mumbai, India.
1. The first pic shows the city's most largest park called "WOnder's Park" . In this photo, you see the crocket ball held in between two hands. Cricket is a very famous game here and there are many cricekt fans. In the night the whole thing glows .
In this second image, you can see the famous Cricket stadium.named "DY Patil" stadium. Many national and international matches have been played here. IPL matches too have been played.
Here is the third pic of a very famous Hindu god statue in our town. It's of the god "Hanuman"
Here's Nerul Station where local trains run :)
This is night view of Nerul.
Hope you enjoy the pics and the city :))
many greetings,
@sjayana20
The small town I grew up in is called Cheshire, Connecticut. There really isn't much to see or do in town lol. Here is a picture of our town green with our First Congregational Church in the background. The church was built in 1827 and is right across from our town hall:
Also, here is Blackie's Hot Dogs, which is famous for their relish. Yum!
The school I go to is called Merrimack College. I really enjoy being here. Just look at the view!
Finally, here is a picture of Boston, which is about a half hour drive from my school's campus.
Thank you so much for the BEAUTIFUL card with the Siamese cat that you recently sent me way, and thank you for the wonderful quotes written inside! There are some very wise words there! I will definitely be saving the card, and I very much appreciate your gesture of kindness. :-)
