You rated @bugsandbells very unfairly and you need to change that rating! She fulfilled the swap requirements and that means you HAVE to rate her a 5, even if you don't like what she said. Please consider changing her ratings, and learning about the website a little more before you start joining swaps, unfairly rating people, and not fulfilling swap requirements yourself!

Yeah! Am new and am having a really hard time understanding how stuff works here. Like, how am I supposed to know which guys am supposed to send a letter/package, what swaps really meaning and finding out info about the members in your swap? SOMEONE please help me!
