Loteria is a Mexican bingo game but instead of numbers you have pictures.There are 54 cards of all kind of images.Search on google for loteria or on flickr for loteria ATCs to have an idea of what it is.I have been hosting a series of swaps for the different images of the loteria.There will be 2 loteria themes per month(you can participate in any one you want or do both).You will have 1 week to signup and 3 weeks to create 1 ATC.

This month the theme is EL NEGRITO (the African American). You will interpret how ever you want and make 1 ATC of an African American.The only rule is that you :

-Include the number 26 on the top left

-Include the spanish word EL NEGRITO on the bottom of your ATC

-No racism is accepted

-You must have 5 rated swaps to participate. Have fun!

lol...I'm black/African American, so I can make this little comment-------this game was made way before we became politically correct about everything, and its just supposed to be the black/dark man--in Latin American countries, people are dark, and have some African roots, so they would be called black and I think that's who this card is representing....in their culture its a way of describing how someone looks, and is not meant to be derogatory, like how we would take it to be.....

and thank you, @yesh for not being afraid to use this card in the swap and letting people know to not be racist about it! Just don't send me a card with Obama or Al Jolson on it and we will all be fine!

Great comment ! I am very happy that you have mentioned this and made it more clear.I had a very hard time finding the translation I wanted .I used 2 different online translators and one of them came up with - Negro- and I just couldn't use such word so I decided myself to use african America.It never crossed my mind to use black man. Thank you ,I will change this title.
