Description:

I LOVE loose tea! I'm always trying new, gourmet flavors you simply can't find in bagged form! So let's do a simple loose tea swap to start! Send your parnter two different samples of loose tea, at least 10grams of each, or enough for two good cup fulls. Be sure to post below your preferences for tea type (black, green, white) and any sort of allergies or strong dislikes. Be sure to package your loose tea well, in a ziplock or sealed baggie, and label with type and any sort of special brewing information. Also include a notecard with a friendly greeting!

Open to all members in good standing ~ Happy tea time!

I prefer black teas, especially dessert type blends. Not big on green, unless it's flavored or white/herbal. Rooibos are good if flavored as well.

I very much love black teas, especially if they come with fancy flavours (I second Jester777's dessert type blends!). I also enjoy green teas with fruity flavours. I'm not a fan of rooibos/honeybush teas.

Prefer black teas here, and sweet green teas, but I'll try anything ;)

I love most loose teas. I especially like orange cinnamon, but I like white teas also. I would love to have some loose chaomile tea.

Yay! So nice to see some people welcoming loose tea! I prefer herbal teas, esp. blends w/ flowers that are pretty to look at as well. I love Honeybush, anything w/ rose, lavender, or hibiscus. I like black tea too, esp. Earl Grey with bergamot. Don't care for white teas but admit to curiosity about Silver Needle. Don't like green tea at all.

I like all teas but especially low caffeine like white or red and herbals.I like flowery like jasmine and woody like kukicha an bancha! Feel free to surprise me with anything!

Hi all! I just wanted to clarify on the amount of tea to send. Is that 20g total or 20g each kind? 20 grams is alot of tea lol, and you only need between 2 - 5g for a cup.

I drink mainly black tea, but green, white, red, herbal are alright to. Just nothing fruity. Dessert ok, like cherry cheese cake, or long island strawberry, just nothing like blueberry pomegranate...lol

Editted swap, only need to send 10g or roughly enough to make two good cups. This will depend on the type of tea you're sending!

I like mostly flavored black teas, my favorite being Earl Grey. Love jasmine green tea. Love ginger and lemongrass. Really loved when someone sent me strawbery cream tea and also a Marshmallow Tea. I like most all white teas though- pretty, floral, lovely...

The tea flavors I really HaTe are chamomile, licorice flavored anything(anise), nor citrusy stuff like orange. I don't really drink many green teas unless stated above.

I'll try anything!

(if you really must know my preferences, they are near the bottom of my profile - but I want to try anything this time around!) I have written that I don't like chamomile too much, but I just bought an almond chamomile that knocked my socks off - so - you never know!

I love black, red and green teas. My favorites are chai and roibos. I prefer spicy to sweet. I enjoy calming herbals, and am not a fan of fruit flavours, but can always pass them on to a fellow tea drinker if that's all you have in your stash! ;)

I love all teas! It wont matter which kind I get! I can do medicinal teas too so if he person I am sending too has an ailment let me know!!! I love the herbalist in me!

Aesa 09/29/2011 #

I am allergic to the grapefruit thus no tea with the grapefruit or the citrus fruits, orange ; thank you in advance.. (..^_~..)

i don't care too much for minty teas, but anything else goes! my favorites are blacks and greens... and flavors like caramel, chocolate, and dessert types. herbals are perfect for after dinner too! thanks!

Looks like I was flaked on again, after I put so much work into my partners package (and I'm still glad I did!!). About ready to give up on swapping. :'(
