I have hosted another long letter swap before, but thought I would do a little twist on this one. Together with you letter you enclose a recipe with your favourite dish or a dish that you will recommend to your partner. Please check your partner's profile for any allergies and dislikes.

I don't want to set any limit to how long your letter should be, but I guess atleast 3 A4 pages since this is a long letter swap.

Only well filled out profiles and no recent 1s or 3s.

Since this is international - do we need to do the conversions on the recipe card ourselves or leave that up to whomever receives our recipe? Such as - U.K. is metric, U.S. is not.

I find it quite easy to change it myself. I found a website where you could change it without any problems. I will see if I can find it again and post it here. So we use what is easiest for us.
