Last week I went to the postoffice with a pc with 2 stamps on it for the USA.The lady there told me that we (in the Netherlands) have to send our mail with one appropriate stamp.Because machines can't read more stamps and this has to be done manualy.You can be fined for it.

I am allowed to hand-cancel my own at the post-office. Obviously I have some very nice postal people! Although the Dutch folks are nice, the rules there about stamps are just plain UNfriendly!
