Description:

This is a letter writing swap for those 40 years of age and older. There will be a series of these swaps to help us get to know each other and possibly find long-term penpals.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS --- Write a letter to one partner. Everything about it is up to you - handwritten or typed, number of pages, etc. Just put some thought into it and make it a nice letter that you'd like to receive. You can write about anything you'd like to share, but must address the special theme at some point in the letter.

SPECIAL THEME --- What major goal is on your to-do-list? What is that one thing you really want to accomplish in your lifetime? What is your plan for accomplishing it? Address the special theme at any point in your letter and for as long or short as you like - a few sentences, few paragraphs, even a few pages.

ABOVE AND BEYOND --- Do whatever else you'd like to make your letter joyful - decorate the envie, use pretty stationery, add an extra item (look at the profile and pick something meaning to your partner). None of this is required but up to you to help make receiving your letter a happy experience for your partner.

This is a newbie-friendly swap.

Any chance you'd make this one international? I'm in Canada but I'd love to participate!

@shelleym - since no one has signed up yet, I'm happy to open it up to our friendly neighbors of the north :)
