SO here goes:

This is the CANADA/USA version as some of our swappers find the cost of international postage a tad high (which it surely is!) I will be posting an International version as well. If you wish to join both you may of course!

• make sure it is on a sturdily backed base, 2 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches size, and as for all ATC's include your swap-name, name of swap you created it for and the date it was created as well as enclosing it in a protective sleeve.

Ratings must be 4.98 and no unresolved 1's or 3's, with no history of late-sends.
