You can't host a Reginal USA swap because you are in Mexico so someone will have to send to you. And honestly, you don't have a good record with kawaii swaps. This is going to be a big package and there is no rating requirement!

Darn, I was really hoping to do this one, but I can't take a chance, with the cost of the swap along with the possible postage to Mexico.

I have read the comments from the host's past swaps, and it seems that her recipients of her swaps receive used/broken items, and swaps do not meet stated requirements in number or description.

I just don't feel comfortable knowing that there is a 99 percent chance I will receive nothing/very little for my trouble.
