Have a book you've been meaning to read? Want to really get your gym routine going? Do you have a task, job, wish that you'd like to fulfill but haven't found the time? This is your chance.
In this swap you will commit yourself to reaching a goal that's meaningful to you.
You will have 1 partner, 2 emails.
SWAP BOT MESSAGE: The email you send at the very beginning, telling your partner what your 7 day goal is. Be specific. Don't say "go to the gym for 7 days". Say "spend 25 minutes exercising for 7 days". Give yourself a time limit. It makes your goal more reachable.
Email #2--record journal entries detailing what you did to meet your goal for a week. At the end of that week, send the email to your partner. This is sent to the normal email address.
Remember to reward yourself for a job well done! Buy yourself flowers, sushi, dedicate an hour to self-spa stuff, whatever! Feel free to send your partner a picture/update of your reward.
