Why no washi to hold together?! I love flipbooks and I do some frequently and Im using washi to hold...and receive some like it to. I dont understand the meanning of this rules.

@dodie think she means don’t use JUST washi alone as a binding method, since flipbooks can get fat and the washi doesn’t hold well. Instead use a permanent glue under the washi to make sure it will actually hold. I use a tombow extreme tape runner and it works well.

No washi in a flip book....what a crazy idea! ;) ;)

Hey there @dodie and @splendorpursuit - sorry for the late response - I don't get messages when people post comments on the swap. :) I agree with @splendorpursuit - washi tape doesn't hold. I have received 3 flipbooks that were a total mess and the pages not even together due to only using washi tape - they were a hot mess of individual pages with washi tape flapping between, and sagging down and making a hot, gooey mess, and everything discombobulated. That is why I added the comment "unless you add glue to hold". Hope this helps!!!! :)))))
