Hello! This here swap is all about New Years Resolutions.

With Christmas comes the New Year and new years always inspires resolutions. For this swap I challenge you to make a list of 9 Resolutions that will decorate the 9 pockets of the pocket letter you are going to make for your partner.

In the back of each pocket put a little note explaining what resolution was its inspiration. Additional gifts are not necessary but feel free to add some and make sure to look at your partners profile.

Please no sticker slapping, and if using a sticker be creative with it. Ideas; draw, paint, colour stamped images. use ribbon... a little bit of dimension is not a bad thing.

Create something to inspire you and maybe your partner for the year of 2019!

Since the 23rd - Jan 1 is such a busy time of year, perhaps the sign up/partner assigning date can be sooner? Like perhaps Dec 15 to give folks a chance to create before they begin to travel?

@splendorpursuit great suggestion. I have extended the time to create to the 14th of January 2019 and placed the sign up date at December 14th. Thank you for the advice!

This seems like fun! I’ve recently gotten back into creating pocket letters after taking a few months off making them.

@sugardragon Just to clarify we have to do 9 resolutions l? Or can some of the pockets just be decorative?

Why doesn't it show who our partners are yet?

DelennaGaribaldi 12/16/2018 #

@queeniek It doesn't show our partners yet, because the swap coordinator hasn't yet cliked "assign partners". The swap coordinators take sometimes a day or few to check out the participants in case there are known flakers or in regional swaps people from outside the stated region.

Ah, you weren't a newbie, sorry, then you probably knew all that :D
