This swap is all about weightloss and for those who are serious about acheiving their weightloss goals. For this swap, you will have one partner, whom you will be pals with.Actually you will have 2,the person whose name you get, and the person who gets your name. You will share your weightloss struggles and goals with them and you will encourage one another. The idea is to find a pal who can encourage you and be there for you.Through this swap and beyond You will correspond with your partner at least 10 times,once your partner corresponds with you at least that many times, you may rate them. i really need help on this as im trying to loose weight due to my dieabieties for got the spelling so i hope this works i gotta get a scale thou i dont have one ad cant afford one with my income im lucky to put money aside for my swaps cause i l love doing this and im exciting about reciving in my swaps thats a fun thing to get in to i will be moving soon thou so i can get me a scale when i can but in the mean time i will keep my dream goal to be 145 in three months and my weight now is 185 so got lots to go melinda
