Description:

To participate all you need is 5 different rubber stamps, make 10 of each design and mail 25 to each of your two partners. If you can manage 25 different images that would be great, not possible for everyone but sure fun to receive! The fun of this swap is the variety of images and embellishment techniques you receive!

To each partner you will mail a minimum of 25 rubber stamped images to be used for card making, scrapbooking and for artist trading cards (ATC's). No more than 5 of the same image. Please send a variety of sizes, colors, and subjects. Feel free to send circles, squares, rectangles, tags, die cuts, etc with images on them. Use a variety of colored, patterned or textured papers. (A great way to use up a few scraps!) Each image should be "finished" and by that I mean use colored inks, embossing powder, colored/patterened/textured cardstock or paper, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, glitter, gems, brads, eyelets, ribbons, etc to accent your images. Each image does not have to have all these embellishments, but each image should have at least one thing done to it even if it is just embossed. This swap is NOT 25 of the same image stamped on white paper with black ink.

This is not profile specific so feel free to start stamping today and have fun!

Newbies Welcome! All others a rating of 4.5 or higher please. US only.

Are you saying that each image should be embossed and embellished? What if the partner wants to embellish them to their own taste?

Each image should have something special done to it. Whether it is one or more of the suggested ways above is up to you. If your partner wants to add additional embellishments to the images after receiving them they certainly can. The idea behind this was to send already embellished images to add the final finishing touch to scrapbook pages or cards.

I agree about the "finishing" requirement for this swap. Too time-consuming. I'd love to have 25 stamped images to use for my cards, and I'm happy to embellish them myself.

I have over 200 stamps! But I too am not participating because I don't have time to finish them. I ALSO would prefer to get stamped images and finish them myself to coordinate with my pages. Although colored ink would be nice. I am putting this on my watch list, just in case it changes. Lois
