Do you love Polka Dots? Don't they make the best backgrounds? The most whimsical clothing? The coolest embellishments? This swap is for Artists Trading Cards that contain some spots or dots somewhere on them. We will each make three ATCs and send one to each of our three partners. The only rule is the size of the cards must be 2.5 x 3.5 inches. The only other rule is that you must have good feedback. 4.5 or better. Newbies welcome. This swap is open Internationally.
